Perfect app !

5 min/day ! Good body !

Very good

This app is very supportive, because it has a countdown for the different exercises and the trainer does the exercises together with you via video. It is very fun! A great app!

Good exercises, but app needs tweaking

Although I appreciated the exercises, there was no time to change poses and no instruction except the name of the exercise.

I really like this app because I havent hit up the gym in a while, and Im scared and lazy to get back into it, but Im even more scared of getting fat again so I ensure to do atleast something like run on the treadmill but I cant even seem to do that.. But I can do this because I feel the effects like i went to the gym the next day but really.. Its really easy, hard to keep up but its fun duration and pace and the exercise are reaaally good! I love it.. Because I hate the gym.

This is a great workout series to do one workout area a day with one rest day. Can be done on holidays, camping, etc.

Great little app

This is a helpful tool especially when combined with the other apps in this set.

A good work out for beginners. You can do it for 3 different lengths as well which is great to work up to more difficulty.
