This app is very supportive, because it has a countdown for the different exercises and the trainer does the exercises together with you via video. It is very fun! A great app!
Basic, simple and it works. There is a pause button if needed - only thing is I wish it told me how many calories burned. I like it
Nice app, easy and effective exercises :) and there are videos for every one of them, so it makes it much easier! Love it :D
I really like this app because I havent hit up the gym in a while, and Im scared and lazy to get back into it, but Im even more scared of getting fat again so I ensure to do atleast something like run on the treadmill but I cant even seem to do that.. But I can do this because I feel the effects like i went to the gym the next day but really.. Its really easy, hard to keep up but its fun duration and pace and the exercise are reaaally good! I love it.. Because I hate the gym.
This is a great workout series to do one workout area a day with one rest day. Can be done on holidays, camping, etc.
I have use this app for 2 days and already I feel muscles I never have, AMAZING.

Some bad moments

I wanted a simple app, one that showed me how to do some new workouts, time me, and would allow me to play my music at the same time. This hit all my requirements and there was no lag! Plus (I wasnt looking for this but) it keeps track of how many calories youve burned in a day, week or month! Love it.
This app is great it allows you to put in your weight, set a reminder to do the workout and gives you the amount of calories you burn. Great

Basic and safe exercises that work major and minor muscles. The videos are easy to follow and show proper poses and moves. You can set reminders and it tracks burned calories by day and week. The entire series features classic old school moves that net real results. I love it.
I love this app. I use it for a quick leg workout and especially when its raining outside and I cant run outside. I also use it in conjunction with the Butt, Arm, and Ab apps for a good overall toning experience
It is such a great app Ive only had it for a month or so and I can see a thigh gap already forming
