Очень понравилась тренировка. Хороший вариант для занятий дома. Особенно понравилось, что в конце показывает количество сожженых калорий.
Рекомендую! Через пару недель использования дали второй этап тренировок бесплатно, спасибо!

This was so stupid I paused it and then it wouldn’t play after the time just stopped and I played with it it was dumb no stars but that’s no option if it was that’s what it would be
I’ve been using this app for years, but I’ve recently had this problem before. Sometimes when I pause and resume, the timer doesn’t go and it just stays on three which is really annoying because I have to exit the work out and then go back and find where I left off. So if you can fix it, that would be amazing!
When I pause the video and re-start, the timer never re-starts.
I’ve used for 2 years. It’s great from toning and definition without a ton of time.
Need before knee replacement
I found the exercises to be good hitting the key areas I want to target and at a good pace.
Not great, but it is free. Only 9 workouts and they basically just show you a move and countdown. No one talking to you. No music. Also it's buggy - if you pause the counting and try to restart it won't work.
Been using this app for awhile now and still love it. Great exercises, great times, will sweat
Love that it reminds me to work out and it's got different levels of work out, but please bring the applause sound effect back. Replacing it with ads severely decreased it's like ability.

I really like how the app gives you a few example moves before you begin and loops the move as much as you need to do it. The routines are pretty easy but it's a great start for a beginner and someone who just needs a simple routine. I got all of the muscle groups I want to focus on and rotate them throughout the week. And I love that it has a reminder!! So simple.
Six easy exercises repeated over and over with a big advert covering the bottom of the screen. Tried to leave a one star review but the app won't permit it.
I love this app and its great for my butt and gereat workout for my legs, one problem is that i tried to get on the app but I wouldn't let me open it.... I would recommend this app but if it starts to glitch you might want to delete it. I dont want to make it a 4 star rating or a 5 star rating so really in reality i am giving a 4 1/2 rating! 😄Erica👍🏼💪🏼
My trainer Betty Jerram recommended it to me and I am also impressed and I definitely feel it in my lower body. I really like for all of the apps the workouts you get to choose the time and the levels and it definitely is like having your trainer right in your home and living room. I am so impressed and I would recommend it for anyone and you feel it in your body and in your muscle groups and everywhere in your body!!!!!😀

I like that there are no breaks between exercises and the whole thing takes a few minutes to turn your muscles on. It's been a nice way to start working my legs.

Simple but hard
Was looking to switch up my workout routine, have not been doing this long but you will feel sore from doing it. They are quick if you only have a couple of minutes, and there are other workouts for different body parts. I Enjoy it overall.
I love the quick work out. It's perfect for working out on a tight schedule. My only complaint is that it only gives three seconds when switching one exercise for another and it's not enough time when one is not familiar with the work out routine. I'd suggest the transition time to be at least five seconds.
Okay, so I, like any other girl, would like to look fit and muscular. I just started this 2 days ago, and I can already feel it!!! I can't wait to keep going and see more results! I totally recommend this app to anyone trying to tone their body. The workouts are customized to your ability of exercise and it is just an incredible app, and I just want to thank the creators.

Take it with me everywhere even when I'm traveling
I can't say enough about these workouts. My favs are legs & butt. I just figured out after months of having these apps that u can select #2 for more free workouts. Lol! I am always sore the next day. I like to do these when I don't feel like doing my regular routine or as add-ons when I have extra energy.
Have been using it for years off and on. 2-3 wks before I really need to look in shape I'm been religious about using this app. It's the easiest and very effective.
